I'm about to redo my dash...going to buy the gauge thing from Mana-Aint-Free and get some diamond plate for the rest...right now I have some silver aluminum diamond plate but thats to shiny...where can I find some black plate? If i paint it, it will just scratch off...

Also, after getting rid of the little rust problem in the back and being the export bondo guy that I'm not, I am looking for some rear quarter panel diamond plate for protection and to help cover up my bondo job. I don't want the shiny aluminum because that looks :rainbow:, I just need something thats strong and will hold up to rock rash...

Also plz post pics of your redone dashes and of your rear quarter panel gaurds...
Thanks

Joseph A.

With aluminum, have it anodized. It's *really* long-lasting.

you could also buff the shiny stuff up with some 150 grain then paint it to the color of your choosing.
I thought Dummey or Man-it-aintfree sold the pre cut diamond plate already powder coated black, all you have to do is specify if you want shiny or black.
