The only thing that I know about that pick is that it was taken at the main crack on Golden Spike out in Moab, Utah. As far as the vehicle is concerned, it just look like an old Willy's pickup or Willy's Jeep that was chopped up.

wouldn't this be kinda unstable
what would happen if the front or the rear only was flexed, or twisted or whatever you want to call it, and the other half was still on level ground? wouldn't this, if it was leaning far enough, have a tendancy to pull the whole rig over. is there any kind of stops to keep th thing from twisting too much?

I think it would be kinda cool to have flopped your front on its side, yet still be able to get all your tools out of the bed that's still on level ground. Might play havoc on your driveshaft though.

I believe there was a bumpstop of sorts in the swivel mechanism. But I could picture somebody trying to copy the design without having a stop. Get in a twisty spot and the front half is layin on the driver's side, and the rear half layin on the pass. side!
