what shifter sould I use with a nv3550? and where should I get it

I just installed the B&M short-throw last night. Drove the Jeep today and I really like it. I was having issues with my stock shifter hitting my Tuffy console so I ordered the short throw and now all is well. It takes some getting used to though. I am going to try and find some new tranny fluid to see if maybe it will shift a bit smoother.

I installed a B&M short throw in my TJ. awsome. I ordered it from 4wheel drive hardware.

Does the B&M shifter self center between 2nd and 3rd gear? Thanks!
