I am looking for an external fuel pump for the 4.0 FI motor (40psi range)

Can anyone recommend brands and/or models. Looking to spend 150 - 200.

You can use a fuel pump from a 91 F-150.
Autozone calls it the E2000. I think they run around $70.

Now if your 4.0 is OBD-II you will also need a fuel regulator.
