First if you are going to do a spring over go with YJ's!! Use some big spring pads from Rubicon Express (anti Wrap), In stead of using a spacer why dont you go with the 2" Longer slip yoke from Trail Tough. You will also need a 4" Drop pitman arm and some sort of steering...High Steer,Zlink, or the calmini steering. Just buy longer brake lines from Petroworks or something like that(steel Braided).
For spring perches, those are pretty damn easy to make or you can take a couple of old YJ springs and cut the eyes off and use those for the Shackle hangers.
Shocks go with the 9000's!! (9012's) You wont be sorry there! but you will have to make custom mounts front and back, and the back tilt them in at a 45* and they should be at about 25" after mounting.
good luck.
