I posted this question over at colorado k-5 and Pirate4x4 was higly recomeded as the best place to post this question so here it is.

Will the rotors and spindals off of a 80's chevy 3/4 ton with a dana 44 fit on a 80's 3/4 ton Dodge knuckle that is also on a dana 44?
thanks for any help,
Greg

I swapped axels from a 78 full time 3/4 ton to my 88 Ramcharger. I got the bennifit of a dana 60 for the rear,4:10 gears and I no longer have that cheesy cad setup from the 88 axel. I had the knuckles from the originall axel hopeing to put on dodge spindles and rotors to convert the full time axel to a partime unit. I was unable to locate dodge parts for the conversion. Chevy parts are a dime a dozen and if they fit I'll use them until I can afford a dynatrack 60 for the front. I appreciate the input from you guys and hope to wheel as hard as you guys do.
Thanks
Greg

The knuckles on the fulltime unit are completely different and will not accept part time spindles.. You will need to change from the knuckles out..
