: Wrangler spring bolt size

Help, I've got my 60 at work, ready to drill the new spring pads for the spring pin, and I can't remember what size the pins are... Are they 1/2" or what.... Any help would be great, I'd like to get it home! TIA, Mike...

no the spring pin...

i think it is 3/8 but possible 7/16

I need the pin size, the one that holds the pack together in the middle...The head of it sits in the perch on the axle... I need to know what size to drill the spring perch...

Don't know what the hell I was thinking with my last post. Depending on what year, some used 5/16, some 3/8 I think the most common are the 5/16 with roughly a 1/2 head. hth!

The spring perch hole is 1/2"
