are the rear springs on a 99 1500 suburban the same as a 99 tahoe. I am pretty sure they are, but wanted to be sure.

no, they are leafs in the pre 2k suburbans and tahoes

When I measured, the Suburban springs were 58", and the Tahoe springs were 54".

Did you put in the factor of how old they are? where both about equal arch?
