I am having a difficult time getting my '99 K2500 Burb Alligned properly. It has been done 3 times now, but it still pulls to the right and steers hard. The allignment shop says it is within spec, because the tolerances are too large. Does anybody have the magic numbers to set this thing up correctly?

Have you cut the cams yet on the upper control arm brackets yet.
they make a neat tool for this job . You shoud take your rig into a allignment shop and have them do this. Once the cams are cut out it allows for further adjustments.

Try this question over on www.off-road.com - there are a lot of IFS owners there...........and few to none here.
