Any body have suggestions on stretching frame to fit toy drivetrain?
I am in the process of getting the stuff together, and I bring the zook home in two weeks, so I want to get all the stuff to start stretching the frame, I have enough to do the from for the yj springs, but I dont want to lengthing the rear to much? maybe 12" that way I can fit a rear spare back there and a rear hidden winch...
oh well, its early..

I made a custom front bumper that i hung my shackle mounts on for the front, and for the rear i just pushed the shackle mount as far back as i could, that had to cut out the old stuff there and weld in some new stuff. My rig is almost done, ill take some pics and post them when im closer.
but on the shackle mount, take 2" 1/4 wall pipe and cut it 2.5" in length. then by a bushing set for spring and it will fit right in there....(this is for YJ's)
Then take a 2x2 1/4 wall square tubing cut it into 4" sections. Cut out a half round piece of the 2x2 so that the pipe will fit in there then weld the pipe to the 2x2...and then to the frame....a new shackle mount!
