is there any warning from one part before another due to transfer case binding? i noticed a fair amount of wheel hop on my last trip (post spoa,no antiwrap device)and now vibration at around 3k rpm seems to be coming from transfer case.haven't checked to see if tranfercase arms are slightly tweaked but don't believe so as lower gears have not been put in yet.
there doesn't seem to be any play in the u-joints/wheel bearings etc. <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

Sounds like t-case arms. Mine tweaked and vibrated when on the go pedal hard and at highway speeds(50MPH) Even with a CV drive shaft. Also check your t-case mounts one of mine was torn. <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">
