I will definatly let you know. I have heard good things about Rockstomper, but we will see. :p
I think I will wait and see how it is on rocks before the traction bar, but you both may be correct. Thanks

What did the axles come out of and what is the width. I can get a chevy 44 front but I thought it would be too wide. If it will look like yours that would be cool.

Could you make the pics a hair bigger? I can't quite see 'em. LOL.

Looks good, man. Don't you just love getting new SXs and tearing those stickers off? Good stuff.

Oh, yeah, go ahead and start planning your traction bar now.

Looking good Ryan. I almost miss those axles a little bit

Rip the 2" BL out and get that thing back down to reality. :flipoff2:

Ya I figured since I had the springs and the Jeep already had the body lift why not see. I will test it out and make the necessary moods for the lift. The body lift will be cake to take out. It is dam big now!!
Thanks Matt!! :flipoff2:  :flipoff2:

The best part of this whole build up is the cost. Including the Jeep with everything you see cost me under 3 grand

The key to this build up was patience and being able to collect parts over time. Then slap it all together!

Looks good but I have never heard of a 9' rear only the 9", that thing must be beefy:D

desertCJ

Actually they are only 69" with 8 lug outers;)
68" I think with 5 lug outers and 67" with 6 lug outers:D

Yeah thats like the big shackle reversal debate.

I have measured this thing and it is 69" It is approximately 3" wider than the rear and it is 66". I know that the 8 lug outers make it a little wider but who knows?????????

We knew the thing was gunna be big. Mabe too big. But WTF, like he said, he's got like 3k invested (including the jeep!) and it was all there.

And in MY not so humble opintion... keep the body lift and go 2.5 Waggy springs baby. Now you're talk'n.

hey loppy and rockslut,

Tell me more about the waggy 2.5"ers. Are they the same size as the YJ length and width? how many springs in the pack? How are they holding up? I have Raunchos 2.5 and they are Fawked up. Twisted and sagging. Thanks for the info in advance.

There is a waggy thread less than a week old in this forum ;)

Yeah, I would love to answer all of your questions but the last 2 or 3 waggy threads just killed me. i had more PM's and e-mails than I needed. Do a search on extended wheel base and waggy springs. Any useful and some unuseful information is all on those threads.

:D
