I just finished installing the 2.5” (core) 2 row aluminum radiator in my 2000 TJ. It’s sold by Novak and manufactured by Howe (new direct fit for TJ). I must say that I’m somewhat impressed with the fit and workmanship. With a modified belly up tranny mount (lowered 3/4") and the 1” BL & MML I have a little over ½” clearance between the fan clutch and the radiator core. They did have a “first article” fitment problem that involved the filler spout being too tall and hitting the hood. But, that has been corrected. HTH
