yes. Same principles apply as in the rear.

Difference is, it's not usually as noticable in the front. Rear wrap is most noticable during steep uphills when the rear axle carries the most load. Since the front is unloaded, you just don't notice it as much.

Some people with REALLY soft front springs do run front wrap bars.
