1974 fj40
1993 ford 5.0 about 100k, good compression when
installed less than 8k ago
ford np435 four speed, rebuilt about 15k ago
ford 11" diaphram clutch (90s Bronco)
large aluminum radiator with electric fan and
thermostatic switch
Scout saginaw power steering box
Saginaw power steering pump on custom bracket,
pressure boosted
4" springs in rear with Rancho 9000's
2" springs in front with shackle reversal
New rear driveshaft
Long spline front driveshaft
Advance adapter to LC 3 speed tcase
Newer front seats(99 maxima?)
Front disc brakes, new calipers(95 4runner), discs,
master cylinder
Stainless braided brake lines
Greasable shackles and pins
Minimal rust, top of rear wheel wells, drivers floor
has been fiberglassed as it was getting thin. Front
fenders not 'perfectly' straight when viewed straight
on. A thin coat of filler has cracked on the drivers
rear quarter(where I welded in new steel), backed into
a stump. Interior of truck and hardtop were recently
painted, hard top got new ccot rubber. Custom 1 piece
drop down tailgate. The out side paint is ok.
Scratches, scuffs, and stuff from being on the trails
at paragon, and being a city truck. All said, the
least rusty fj40 I've seen on the east coast rust
belt. Need to sell ASAP, would like $5k but will consider all offers. Email Seth at sddesignbuild@yahoo.com for pics. Needs a little tlc, but fires up every time, and wheels well. NOT a project, very solid running truck. Thanx. SD
