OK, here is my problem. I have a 1978 Ford F150 RC 44 for the front of my rig, but it came to me frm the shop with no steering. (Not too upset about it ebcause I want to go beefy). how can I do this. the exle is goign under a 1977 Ford Bronco. I was thinking I can hone out the knuckles on the F150 stock ends for some F350 ends. I can build my own tie rod with some F350 ends on them, and then make my drag link do into the "eye loop" in the F 350 rod end. This is going to be a daily driver, so no heims for me. Will this work? It will be basically the same design as a TJ, but WAY more beefier.
My other question is does anyone have the part #'s for the F350 rod ends? I need to get these built ASAP, so that I have some sttering. I have the stock Pitman arm off the bronco that i want to use, but I want everything else to be F350 shit.

Call Mike at Bent and Twisted (http://bentandtwisted.com) he did my setup with the big Ford TRE's. Good price, less then building it myself. The links are .375 wall DOM

Mike set up the axle for me, and from what I understand he was supposed to do the steering as well. I have not yet seen the axles, but will see them this weekend. I was told by my buddy the steering was not on it yet, but if it is then GREAT. I hope it is all done for me, I really do not want to go through the trouble of doing all this work myself.

That is exactly what I want to do with my setup, just can't afford high steer right now, so I build them BEEFY!!!! and I will not worry about breaking. Later on I will move them up to the top. What are the part #'s on the GM 1 ton rod ends?

Ok, how about "GM spec TREs" for Dana knuckles?
Like the PN's posted above.
