I called up the local Discount Tire to see on a price for a 35x12.5 MTR spare (run 4 new ones already). I ask about the new price on 37's. The guy informs me that the 35" MTR will run me $185, however, the price on the 37's from them is $175:eek: I think that's the lowest I've heard yet! Just kills me to pay more for a 35 than a 37 :mad3:

Anyone want to buy my 2month old 35's with life time Warr.?:(

life time warrenty. See if they will pro rate your 35's and then get the 37's. Maybe you just happend to hit a large piece of steel in the road and cut all 4 tires ;) then they will give you the pro rate price of $185 minus the wear and you buy the 37's with a life time warrenty.:D

I need a set of 35s for my daily driver soon. I would like to know how long the MTR lasts on the road compared to a BFG mudder, anyone had a set for a while?

Go to the Discount on 75th Ave and Bell; ask for Rick Beer. He is a jeep guy but he will hook you up. FWIW: Im trading my brand new 33" MTRS for 35's:D:D.
P.S- How much do you want for the 35's? I might know someone

The biggest problem is I don't shit money:(

For those that asked about buying them - I have had the 35's for 3 month = 1,000 miles. I have wheeled them twice (sad I know). They are in new condition with the lifetime Warr. I would need to sell them for close to what I got them for (shipping would not be cost effective). I doubt anyone wants to buy them for what I need and I just can't shell out more money on tires right now.:(

Off course someone buying mine would save a bunch on tax and the warr.:D

You can do it for $82 using forward air, but they only have locations in BIG cities, and you gotta pick 'em up.

If you knew about the AZ Tacoma connection you could get them for a lot less than that. I got 285/75/16 MT/R's for $120 each. Mounted and balanced for free. That was really nice of them and not normal.

I do believe you do need a shiny new truck to qualify though.

A quote for 5 (five) 37" brand spanking new MT/R's mounted, balanced and with 5 warrantees and AZ sales tax came to $931.65 out the door.

Discount Tire/America's Tire Co. Road hazard warranty is not a pro-rate warranty. They replace for free up until there is only so much tread left. The only thing that you pay is taxes, in California tire disposal fee and new warranty for the new tire. Yes I know what I am talking about, I have gotten 22 tires under warranty, my wheeler is not banned from the road hazard warranty!!!!:D :D :D

Wow! Someone who has used their tire warranty more than me! I'm impressed. I thought I was the warranty champ at 18 tires. I once shredded two while in Moab, had some brought over from Grand Junction, mounted in Moab, brought back just the portion of the two sidewalls needed to identify the tires and got reimbursed by my local dealer. That's a tire warranty:D
