Here's the plan. I am possibly the cheapest person when it comes to my 88 YJ, but i try to do stuff right w/ as little money as possible. I have a 2wd ford t18 and I am trying to mate it to a tcase. I want to know if it is possible to design/fab an adapter plate between the two, and also have a gear(bullgear i think is the term) machined and hardened that would mate the tcase to the input shaft from the tranny. I'm not willing to drop the cash for advance adapter or anybody else's setup for 500+, so I was wondering if this is even possible/worth it. Let me know what you guys think.

I think it would be cheaper/easier to just sell your 2wd case and get one with what you need. Most machine work isnt free or cheap.
