Putting Ford Exploder rear disc brakes on my dana 60 on my 1990 YJ. Will I have to change the prop. valve or master cylinder or can I get an adjustable proportioning valve from Wilwood and that will do the trick?
The front is a dana 44 with F-150 disc brakes with single piston calipers.
Seems to be the question of the day so far......

Thanks for the article. (I posted that pretty hastily- didn't have time to check all around.)
I did a search after I had some more time and it seems that everyone pretty much just pull off the o-ring and brake!

I am having that problem in my CJ with a 60 and explorer style discs, I have upgraded my MC and Vaccum booster and i have throughly blead the brakes. I have new stainless lines and i have very little brake feel. the only thing left to check is the prop valve. does anyone know if i can do this trick on my CJ, or should i get a new prop valve, any idea what i should get?

You can either ditch the existing proportioning valve and run a Tee for the front and a willwood adjustable valve for the rear, or a ZJ combination valve is already set up for rear disc and works well.
