I found an old picture of my heep before I dismantled it again.
Damn thing looks pretty tall.
I think in this picture I can roll a 33" tire under the frame rails.

I know I want to lower it a little but how much should I go.
Waggy axles are under it in the picture. I am going with wider axles now. 63"

get rid of those long ass shackles, or mount them through the frame, you could drop it an 1-2 right there, and probably another 1-2" if you change the spring hanger. What kinda springs you running anyway?

XJ springs up front.

I'm actually moving the spring hanger so the shackles will be at more of an angle. THis will also lower the front a little. I was also thinking of drilling another set of holes in the shaxkles to lower the front even more if needed.

Not going to drive this on the road to much.
