Hey, i go to school in Wilmington NC, i have a bunch of tools and projects but no where to work. I'm looking for a place to live next year and its pretty hard to find one with a garage and if they have one its only a 1 car.

Anyone got a shop around wilmington that they would let me pay rent for and use a portion of? I'm super clean and tidy and have a bunch of useful tools, tig, torches, tube bender, mill and lathe(if you want to help me move them) and we even have an extra lift if there is any long term possibilty. I'll be in school for at least another 3 years and would love to share a place with someone who has the same interests.
