well, I have chevy 10 bolt 1/2 ton axles and I use '89 blazer calipers cuz they use the same banjo bolt that suzi uses. If you go to find some, you'll have to pull every 1/2 ton caliper off the shelf, they're not boxed correctly hardly ever. chevy had 3 different bolt size/thread combinations and the '89 is the right one. I use the stock master cylinder and I only have to 'prepump' the brakes when I have to stock quickly. and I can lock 'em up anytime, prepump or not. jd

I use 1/2 ton chevy calipers on my 10 bolt axles with a stock master cylinder. I can lock em up anytime. although if I have a hard stop or a long slow one coming up I like to 'prepump' the brakes a little. jd

im trying to get rid of the pre pump

1980 GM Firebird Master cylinder for 4 wheel disc brakes.

Works great for me. Larger bore, pushes more fluid.
