I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my HP 60 for the rear. I have a 10.25 I was going to use the spindles and shafts from, but the spline angles are different. So how much would it cost to get the axles resplined to fit the 60 carrier? Who does this? What are the pro's and con's of doing this?

Thanks

Craig

They will need to be shortened to resplined. Are they big enough where they will need to be cut off ?

you should be able to get it done for $100 or less, depending on shipping if needed.

Is this gonna be a welded carrier ? Maybe you can weld in those side gears from the 10.25, like the 14 bolt conversion mentioned in another thread....now that's cheep :D
