It sounds like a starter solinoid when the battery is low, is this what happens when they go bad? Is there a kit I can buy to fix it? Do I have to go to Warn for the parts? Thanks!
Oh Yeah, how much does this repair job usually cost?

sounds like one of the solenoids is bad you could probably get the # off it and order a new one from a napa auto

Last time I looked at the sloenoids on a friend's Warn 9000 they kind of looked like ford starter relays. We found that the terminals will get hot under xtreme winching and they will loosen up I would check that 1st then try to se which one is making the noise and replace it if nesc. later scott
