I have a line on a free truck from an old woman and the only info I can get for the moment is....Its either a F250 or 350 dully and its 4x4.
I know that MOST F350 4x4s had a D60 front but what about a F250?Is there a F250 dully?Or does it have to be a one ton the be dully?I dont know the year either but want to know if its got a D60..HELP.Thanks.

If it's a dually, it's got to be a 350. Unless someone has done some swapping, it should have a D60 front and depending on the year, a Sterling 10.25 out back.
Although beware of early 80's models. If memory serves, some of the 1-tons got D50s up front for a couple of years.

You are correct about that. Some of the dually F350 did still have TTB up front. It could also be an F250 that some has done a dually conversion on. Anything is possible.

I've seen people convery F250s to duallys, but:
I think early 80s duallys were 2wd only...

Ford did not offer factory 4WD & dually in the 80's or 90's There were plenty of aftermarket companies that did the conversions however.
