i have a 87 s-10 blazer that has a 2.8 v-6 fuel injected. after removing the motor to redo all of my seals and oil leaks I got the motor back together and started to time it. i crunk it and it ran fine for about five minutes then all of a sudden it just died. i didn't think that it was gettin gas and thats what the problem was. The only thing with this problem is that i've replaced everything to get fuel to the motor but it still isn't shooting fuel from the injectors theirselves. new fuel filter, fuel injection sealing, and injectors theirselves. power is being sent to the injectors and their is enough fuel pressure. What am i missing? gas is gettin to the injectors, power is gettin there, it just isn't spraying. the only thing i can possibly think i over looked is that maybe the ground isn't hooked up for the injectors. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx

Got oil?

Your positive of the fuel pressure, does the fuel pump cycle on/off at start up?

Go to the parts store and buy a Noid light. It is a little plastic thing with 2 pins and a LED in it that you put on top of the injector...it will flash when the injector pulses.

IIRC the injectors always get a full 12V and the ground is switched at the computer.
