Do you want stock or just a replacement?

Any audio place should be able to get you something for cheaper than you'll find a stocker in good shape. As long as they aren't radio shack (realistic/spark o' matic, which some goober put in my truck before I bought it) they should do fine.

The problem isn't juust putting a speaker in. It's finding the odd ball size of 4 x 8 so it will fit in the stock location.

I couldn't find anyone who makes them anymore. You might try these guys (http://www.customautosound.com/).

You could get a set of 4x6s and make a mounting plate for them. You would just need to cut out a piece of thin wood or metal the same shape as the original speaker then cut out a hole for the new speaker.

Or you could get a set of 4X10s and cut the hole a little larger, or space them out a little bit to fit with a wood spacer.

Let me know if I can help. I have done this before and should be able to walk you thru it. :D
