Hey everyone, today I stumbled across the parts truck I have been lusting for; a 1986 F-350 with the Dana 60 front and the Sterling rear. It has the 6.9 diesel and a column shift automatic. The bed is 90% fine with minor surface rust and VERY little rot (hard to come by up in these parts) and a plow frame. I am trying to get it for $300. I just need to know what the tranny would be. I suspect a C6 based on what I've read in the past and I was wondering if it could easily be converted to floor shift or not or if column shift is alright. I really hope the guy says he'll take $300 for it. He is "thinking about it" and he's supposed to be getting ahold of me soon so wish me luck :D Thanks, Austynn.
