I just got my hysteer system in today, after a month and a half wait. I got a tie rod, drag link, two tie rod ends, one pitman arm. Thats it. Seems like there should be more to it. The drag link measures 36 inches end to end. The drag link measures 44 inches (threaded end to end).

This is supposed to be for full a width 3/4 ton chevy axle on a 77 scout.

Seems like they should be about foot longer. Being that the search is down I hoped someone would know. Pictures would also be appreciated. I think I am about to be pissed off.

The tie rod ends are pretty long. Get a tape measure eye to eye. Measure your new tie rod with ends and WALA it either works or not.:D

Sounds like someone forgot to send you the tie rod ends. Were you supposed to get arms also?

Yes I have two arms, plus spacers and studs. I think I am missing two ends. Does using hysteer arms lessen the length from were they meet on the knuckles (from stock).

Some arms tip in a little but too much messes up geometry I believe. Is the rod threaded or does it have weld in ends? My wide track waggy axle tie rod before I welded in the bungs was about 39 1/2" add 2 1/4" total for the bungs( I think, I dont have the #'s in front of me). Sounds like your right on to me. Dont the TRE's have about 3" of thread on them?

The tre measure 4 3/4 inches from the zerk to end of thread. I am going to Install today, so I guess I will find out. I may only be missing a couple of tre's.

i just got a new drag link made (thanks Damian). i've got full width ford axles but the drag ling measered 44" just the tube part not the ends.

yes, hi-steer arms are a shorter lenght or else they would be poking the tire..

I just recently did my highsteer setup on full width chevy axles. I got 43.5" hole to hole measurement on my draglink with a waggy pittman arm. Not sure what the tie rod measurment was though.
