He told me it was Rogers when I called and talk to him on the phone. Several things don't add up in my attempted dealings with him for 5 wheels.

It's a done deal now. Another board member sent him a pm with a slight threat of court actions and suddenly he wised up. I returned all his junk and he gave me all my money back.
