Hello. My hobby is fixing tires that no one else can or will. I have developed a technique/process to vulcanize/repair bias or radial 4x4 tires of any size (i.e. TSLs, Boggers, etc.). I have fixed sidewall injuries as long as 6-8 inches, but I specialize in repairs of 3” or less. Injuries in the tread are a little tougher, but they are more rare too. I guarantee my repair for at least one year…and often times for the life of the tire. I have a turn-around time of less than a week…usually two days (not including shipping time). I have been doing this for eight years and learned from my grandfather who did it for 50 years (along with 2 section repair certification schools)
Please don’t turn another perfectly good tire into a $300-$400 flower box or mailbox. I usually can fix it for under a $100 + shipping. Most repairs are between $60 and $80 depending on how big of a pain it is to clean and prep (i.e. if I have to spend an extra 30 minutes buffing out a boot, or scooping out fix-a-flat, etc). I am not set up for credit cards or pay pal yet, but hope to be if my volume supports it.
I have fixed hundreds of Boggers and Super-Swampers and even several monster truck tires with cuts over a foot long (66x 43.00-25) for the professionals. I also fix all sizes of forestry, mining, ag, & construction tires. I will not fix anything that you are going to drive on the highway or public roads. OFF-ROAD TIRES ONLY.
Feel free to email me with questions or pictures of your tire’s injury, and I will let you know if I can fix it. I’m happy to provide many referrals from satisfied customers. Thanks…TireDoc edwardsd@usit.net

Also... if you have any old bias tires around your shop with cuts less than five inches and that have not been run flat, I may be interested in taking them off your hands if you live in the southeast. Feel free to contact me.
