From an email I received concerning him:
Harold was the current President of SDORC. He was the President of SDORC about 8-10 years earlier.
He is one of the original & still current Stakeholders that's a innovative program put together by the immediate past OHMVR Dep. Dir. Dave Widell to resolve OHV related issues between the enviros & OHV communities.
Harold was the NOHVCC Partner for California.
He is the President of the California League of Off Road Voters (CLORV)
He was a long time CORVA Board member till last year when he was asked to take over the helm of SDORC.
He is heavily involved in the CalPal (Calif. Police Avtivities League) program where he became a certified OHV instructor for training the youths at risk.
He became involved with the Survivors of Pearl Harbor. His dad, a service men was taken out with the Dec 7th attack.
He is involved with rebuilding AMA D-38.
Has been very involved with OWSVRA.
I''m probably missing a few other things as well. He put approx. 300,000 miles on his old Chevy truck till he got a new one about a year ago. A couple of years ago he bought a new KTM. He was an avid 2 -wheeler and always loved to compete.
