I have a T19 wide ratio from a IH 2 wheel drive and want to put a dana20 on the back side, I was told a T18 output shaft well not fit the T19? Is there a shaft from Fords or Dodge that well work? I now I well have to make a Texas adapter for it . Being a newbie I got the K.Y. ready! Thanks

You're right, the T18 shaft doesn't fit.
Cheapest and easiest thing to do is find a 4wd IH T19. Look on the binder bulliten, usually one there for $150 or so.
Otherwise buy the shaft from AA or Novak.

Well, you can go buy one from Novak or AA, or you can just find a T-19 out of a scout that was originally in front of a D20. Should have the texas adapter too. If all you can find is a close ratio T-19 in a scout, the shaft will still work.

Newbies suck.........now that is over...
I have a shaft, nut, bull gear, and Dana 20. They are left over from when I put a 205 behind my Scout T19 wide box. No adapter as I used that. If interested Email me

Hey Fawkin newbie :flipoff2: tell them about the idea to machine out the bull gear the 1/2" that the 2wd shaft is shorter and see if that works..:D
So I tell DD to get on this cool ass board and ask you all about the above....wonder if he would try and kick my ass if I bought that shaft, nut, assembly...or does he owe me  for introducing him.......
