OK...

I have a minor problem with the spring bushings. I'm not that up on RE springs, but the ones I got have 9/16 sleeves on one end, and 1/2 sleeves on the other. My heap (92 YJ) has 1/2" bolts all the way around. I'd like to re-use the bolts I have now because they're grade 8.

My Q. is what is the best/cheapest route to go here.

1. Can I buy just new sleeves that are 1/2" ? link?
2. Do I have to buy a new bushings kit to get the sleeves?
3. Re-drill shackels and buy new bolts where needed?

I hate to buy new grade 8 bolts cause they're not cheap... a whole bushing kit is around $40- $50 (guessing) I'm hopeing just sleeves can be had. The bushings themselves are in good shape.

any help, mucho appreciato

I am by no means a super jeep guy, but I would use some dom tubing and just get it right from the outside dia and the inside dia.

???
aren't bolts much cheaper than the $40-$50 bushing kit???
