Yeah, pics dummy!:flipoff2:
Hows the new digs?

Here are some pics
It was super easy to install. If I was going to do it again I would get some factory touch up paint and paint all the edges where we cut. Also the instructions dont specify how important it is you get the hole in the center. I measured very carefully and got it centered but I can see how someone wouldnt realize how tight it fits. If you drill the hole off center then your hitch will be off center!
We dont have the trailer yet so those pics are still a couple weeks out.
Kevin, sorry we bailed on you the other weekend. Give me a call next time you come down and we'll hang out.
Here are all the parts - its pretty simple

No worries, I was too sick to make it down anyways. How close is gardena to torrance anyways?

It was a fun install. Maybe we should have made it more of a challenge with more Sierra Nevadas. Thanks for the help Trailer Guy. Can't wait to hook it up to the new trailer when it gets here and hit the Hammers dual rock crawler style. B.

TRD,
Thank you for the nice comments. The install you did is very clean and well done. I would have to say, I would have had no problem letting that leave the shop here. Nice job. :cool2:
Oh, and welndmn, your parts are coming in today and will be leaving either today or first thing in the morning.
I wanted to take a moment and say thanks to all that have made a purchase with us. As a company we would all like to say thank you for the support and if there is anything that you may need, just give us a ring or email or pm me at anytime. Thanks again to everyone out there, and once again, TRD, nice job.:smokin:

installed.
These Dodge's are goofy, the install was easy but a Ford is a lot easier and does not have as stupid looking brackets.
Ford also had a lighter center section, and room to get it up there.
Last night I torqued everything down and it was a pain in the ass to get the torque wrench in there. Infact I had to use and impact on a couple because the torque wrench wouldnt fit.

I should probably make a tips/suggestions page and sent out with the hitches. Removing the spare tire helps add room, you can loosen the bed bolts and lift the bed up about an inch to give some extra room, you can unbolt the exhaust hangers in the back so the exhaust hangs a little to give room, just little things like that.
Oh, your receipt and a couple stickers are on their way as well.

Yeah, that is a pain. Honestly, I use the impact on most all of it myself.

torque wrench wouldnt fit.
LOL,
I have had 5 trucks with goose's never torqued any of them.
Hit them with the impact (and a 4 foot wobble extension)
Trailer it a few times, hit them again.
after that its a once a year thing.
Aaron, on the Fords i did have the drop the exhaust, but on the dodge I at least could pry it out of my way.
I was also going to write B&W.
Their instructions on the Dodge were poor, it seems they used the text from another one and just spliced it together, making poor english.
I giggled.

 I just dug a set out of the trash and read the entire thing. Your right, I think it is spliced together using some of the old Dodge directions. I always just look for the measurement of the hole and then go to town on the install, so I never noticed before.
