I have an early sterling 10.25 that is open that I want to either put in a trac loc (cuz I have it already) or shell out a few bucks for a lockrite for when I regear to 4.56's. When the truck has a load on it, will stuff be stressed out too badly, or dont worry about it? Its in a centurion, so the rear axle wont have a tremendous amount of weight on it.

I know a few people that run lockrights in their tow rigs, with no issues.
I plan on getting one in my F-350 with funds alow

I would not see a real issue with a locrite, but I would have to say that the limited slips in all my sterlings have been very impressive when fluid and additive have been changed so I am not sure what kind of benefit you would get.
