4.0 inline six, transmission (42r), and transfer (np242) from a 2003 Grand Cherokee that was hit in the rear. Engine ran great when pulled (less than 40,000 miles). It comes with complete harness, ecu, accessories, throttle cable, automatic transmission, transfer case, shifter assembly, guage cluster (not sure if good, weathered), front d-shaft, radiator with elec fan, and front coil springs. This was the last year this motor was available in a Grand Cherokee and it is distributorless. The front clip of this cherokee was used to fix an 05 laredo v8. So no use for the motor and the rest.
