www.4wheelparts.com
Almost any 4WD parts/accessories source
Energy Suspension (among others) make the urethane ones.

Wow, the former manager of an AutoZone store wouldn't know where to buy parts? I'm shocked, shocked I tell you!
Daystar also has the bushings you need:

The Daystar axle bushings do not come with new metal shells...you re-use your old ones. (not sure of other brands).
To remove old bushings from shells, do the job outside, and use a propane torch. Lots of stinky smoke, but zero sweat, and zero damage to the shells.
If your old bushings were in bad shape when the truck was aligned, the new bushings will be enough to throw the alignment pretty well off.

Hmm, any parts store should carry the rubber pivot bushings. I bought one from a local Checker with no probs.

Yup, eveony one should sell them
Just try and not buy from 4WPW, they suck, if the same bushing costs 5 bucks more some where else, then buy it from them, If you all out of ideas, then get it from 4WPW
