36-12.50x15's are just a bit bigger than my old 255/85R16 BFG's. :)

I know, I know, lame driveway poser shot. Won't

did you get those because you poked a hole in the 255's, or just to get bigger? Just askin because I need a spare- lol so how much lift do ya have on her? I have a set of 36" sx's and 35" mtr's just sitting around (no I am not selling them).. but dont think they will fit with a 3" lift.

Looks good! How do those handle on the street? I got 36" bias ply and the wife hates em on the street so I swapped to a radial,(same tire) Perform great off road!!!I needed 6" of lift to fit em!!!

Scott - 'Bout time you go some larger tires! Lookin good...
PW, he is running (or at least was) a 5.5" Fabtech lift. And you can fit 35's with a 3" lift with an 8" wheel and 4.5" of backspacing with minimal rubbing....

As Jason said, I'm running a 5.5 Fabtech lift. Got rid of the 255's 'cause they were too small, already sold them in fact.
The bias SX's howl like banshees, ride like they are square, and grab little ruts and grooves in the pavement pulling me into oncoming traffic at random times. In other words, I love 'em!
I've got a magazine article of a guy that ran 36's with just 3" of lift, but he trimmed the fenders some. I'll wait till I get D60's and step up to 38's to do that. ;)

PW - With 4.5" of backspacing and an 8" wide wheel with 35x12.50s you can get away with a 3" lift. I used to run that setup (not with Swampers I might add, the ones that run large, i.e. SSRs, will not fit right). I would rub right at full lock on the control arms, but not enough to cause steering feedback, just noise. With the swaybar on, they will not rub the fender liners. Without it and getting all crossed up, I was able to touch the top and rear front fender liner with my 315/75/16's
