View Full Version : Ford D60's - What u-joint for the std Yoke?
I'm putting together my drive shafts and need to get the correct joint on the axle end to mount up with the stock Ford Yoke. I believe the stock stuff on Ford 60's ('79) is 1310. Caps measure just over 1" in dia.
Can someone confirm / offer up a spicer part number?
Need to get parts today and don't have an old u-joint to compare with.
Thx!
Edit: After digging more, now I'm starting to think it might be a 1330 joint. Help!

Mine were 1330 stock, and i think most were either 1330 or 1350

I got my 60 out of a 78 Ford and it had a u-bolt style 1350 joint. I don't know if that is stock, just what is had on it.

1310 series u-joint measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide. The 1330 and 1350 both measure approximately 3 5/8 wide. The caps are larger on the 1350 than the 1330.
It looks like Ford was as consistent with the Yoke sizes as they are with most parts.
Are 1350 Yokes readily available so I could retrofit? P/N?
