Ok NOT, vibrations suck..
Here's mine: in 2wd i get a vibration seems to be driveline related the xfer shifter will wobble back and forth. I run a Breeze SPOA with spacers front an rear with stock shafts. It comes in about 10mph up to about 25 then goes away, doesn't seem to matter what gear I'm in. In 4wd it's about 4x worse and shakes the whole truck!
Things I think i might need:
1. new tcase rubber mounts
2. tcase mount arms
3. better driveshafts
Any opinions??

That sounds like a driveshaft problem to me. But then, I drive a toyota, so what do I know? :p
It's easier for me to paste a link than to type all of this out, so...

If you don't have a CV joint at the transfer case (two u-joints back to back) you should see something like this, ideally. This way the angle on the two joints is equal, and they cancel each other out. If most of the angle is at one end, the shaft will vibrate.

If it *IS* a CV-driveline, it should look like this.

When my t-case shifter moves "back & forth" (meaning towards the front of the vehicle, then towards the rear) that usually means the four bolts on the pass. side of the t-case mount are loose.

Yeah I here you there, about the 4 bolts on the passenger side of the tcase....Those things are a pain in my ass. Seems I have to tighten thoses things once a month, guess i should just shell out some money and buy a new mounting system for it, but back to the vibration question....Mine was doing the exact same thing about a month ago, I replaced the rear axle bearing on both sides and the vibrations were gone, not sure if that is your problem or not but if you take your axles out and the bearings are screwed then heh there is your answer.

I think my vibration problems are coming from my rear bearings also. Do you really need a bearing puller that will go over the end of the shaft (inboard side) like they show in the manual. Or is theree a easier way.

I am not that great of mechanic so I cant help you out for doing it cheap. I just took my axles into a local machine shop and they charged me 20 bucks aside to pull the old ones off and put the new ones on.

Figured out my vibration problem. I had it up on my inlaws lift looking things over and noticed that the rear line halfs were out of alignment. A beer later and four 12mm bolts and the thing was fixed, no vibs in second. And to think it only cost me 4 unnessecary ujoints!

I agree with the driveline angle theory! I had no vibrations until I installed some longer shackles. Then I had the exact same vibrations that you describe. Especially noticeble under acceleration. A buddy of mine also experienced this after putting longer shackles on his Toy. All mounting and bushings new and tight.
