: Grooved Humvee meats

Here's what the tires look like before grooving:

The grooving was based on Paul G's suggestion in the original thread.

Have to see how it works. Might need to ace some of the smaller lugs... or maybe they'll just get torn off all on their own.

well they look cool but they are still hard with weak side walls... not to mention they are only at best 36's:flipoff2:

Maybe a bit weaker, but I got 4 for less than the cost of one swamer. And I just gotta get my junk back on the trails.

I have run the M/T II's and those cut versions should do much better, IMO.

i ran a set of those on my 93 dodge 4x4 diesel, never had a problem with the side walls. they are a heavy bias ply tire and work pretty well in the mud.
