im looking at some GM axles at a gov't auction. i cant personally go look at them, there 5 hours away. in pictures they appear to be 6 lug, but, the description says that they were for CUCV trucks and that they weigh in excess of 500 pounds. the guy is supposed to let me know if there 6 or 8 lug tommorow. is it possible to have a 6 lug 60?

Not on a CUCV.

Not all CUCVs had Dana 60 front and 14 bolt rear axles.
