In the past I've used the tried and true combo of an early gm spindle, with gm caliper supports and the ford hub/rotor for 5x5.5". What I'm wondering is can you use a ford 8 lug wheel hub/rotor? I want to run 8 lug d44 front with the 1/2ton chevy caliper so I can run a 15" wheel. Hope I'm explaining this right.
