I bought a sami today....what to do with it ??

Guy I work with needed it gone and sold it to me WAAAAAAAAAAAAY cheap I feel. Anyway its already SOA other than that its bone stock. Runs and he gave me a complete spare engine that is supposed to have a broke crank. The soft top is shit and so are the front seats...rear is MIA. has a good title though and the body isnt bad at all outside of faded paint.

What should i do with it... keep it or sell it. Whats a lil guy like this worth ?? I was thinking its gotta be worth 1k as it sits easy. :confused:

I am tempted to stick a 10bolt 12bolt axle combo under it, just because I have em with wheels and tires already sitting ?? Fullwidth Sami anyone ?? My man concern is what it will take to make it steer worth a crap. Its not injected I doubt it has power steering either... did any of them ?

What dual sport ? I actually have most parts that I need to get it 80% were you just described it. I was thinking link the rear and stretch... move the front forward with a shackle reversal and so on....

I wish it was that easy for me to give it up. It's practically my DD and if my truck sells soon I will DD it until fall and then buy a a car I think. Taco has not moved in two weeks other than to get a abth.

Im still wanting to buy the green 02 KLR I told you about. I REALLY like that one alot.

Ill have to see what happens with the sami. It may get intersting...it may just get straight up sold off. Im thinking Ill keep it long enough for Miles to drive the poo out of it when he flies down :eek:
