CTM joints and Yukon Aloy axles should hold together better for me. I have only broken one axle last year , and only popped caps and stretched ears in the past 7 years:

Hi-steer arms from Sky where actually sent wrong. These are for a regular hi-steer and not for a double ended ram steering system. The new ones are going out today, they don't waste any time:

KRC pump from Billavista's Wolf. Nothing is free as I had to order a serpintine pully from KRC for 90.00US:

Here is the knuckles thown on for alighment with the new balljoints and machine work for the arms. I got the machine work done at General Grinding. It took a few trips as they didn't grasp the whole process!!

I had them take the old chevy arm off as I was getting tired of beating it with a hammer!!. Then I had them machine the opposite side and drill and tap for the new hi-steer arm.

I called the dealer to get new studs, conical washers and stover nuts. The guy asked if I was sitting down as he quoted me 1100.00 for 6 !!!!! They were 39.00US at SKY.

This shows the rough position of the ram. I think I need to bump up my hiem joints as they are dwarfed by the 1ton TRE's.

I think I will be able to build a mount off the driver side axle tube and get away from trying to bridge the diff. ( thanks Bender you were right!!!). I will start working on the pump and valve placment next.
