We rolled this past weekend, and now I am truely thankfull I had a good cage! I had been running the Kentrol Family bar, and I don't think that thing (or me & my wife) would have made it.:( Don't skimp. Use .120 wall DOM tubing of the right size (mine is 2"). When you need it, you'll be glad you did!:smokin:

Pics??

Finishing mine up right now. 2" tube, .125 wall. Stock middle hoop (plenty strong) smitty risers to rear, windshield spreader, dash spreader, two overhead stringers, and at some later point, side bars with seats tied in.....

I had received reports of a yellow Scout rolling 1&1/2 times… I guess they were true:(

… One question.
Did you kink any of the pipe?

Good to hear you came out unscathed
:D

Was it you, or Nikki driving?

Even the stock rollbar is a big life saver.

Seeing David's Spirit helped confirm that..

I don't have any pics yet, but when some appear on my local club list, I'll throw them up.

As for the pipe, there were only scratches. The cage stayed straight and true. I toasted both front fenders, but amazingly, those rear FG fenders didn't have any damage on them. They are TOUGH! The Drivers fender pushed the battery tray into the P/S pump & toasted that, and I tweaked my radiator pretty good. But we rolled her back over and drove her out. :p Hey Tom, I was driving, Nikki was in the Pass. Seat. I got lots of grief over that, as the joke was "if only she had been driving....
 One bonehead move tho, there was a guy in the back seat who wasn't belted in. I dunno how he made it without a scratch, but he did. Rear seat is coming out this weekend. Fawk that Sheit. I axed him to buckle up several times. Dodged a bullit there...

Hey Dan, those freakin Boggers toasted a front axle on me btw. (I know, I know...) I ran on Friday and busted a shock mount off the pass side front, and musta popped a cap in the joint at the same time. It finally came apart Sat. Morning as I was headed toward my doom. We swapped the axle out after righting the Scout.

This past weekend saw mass amounts of carnage. 4 maybe 6 rolls that I heard of, DOZENS of axles (8 or so on Insanity alone - only 4 trucks on that trail), a carrier split, d-shafts crapped out, all types of linkage & mounts (someone managed to break a heim joint). Check the general list & look for "carnage". It was great!!:D
