Im working on a 4x4 conversion and sas swap in my 98 chevy 2500. I plan to do the rear end tomorrow, but I need to find out today if I need a conversion u-joint.
Does anyone know what size u-joint the 14bsf uses? 1310 1330 or 1350?
Btw im swapping the sf out and replacing it with a ff which I know uses a 1350.

Mine 8 lug SF14bolt uses a 1350...but that doesn't mean yours will.

Mine is also a 8 lug, the caps on it and the ff are the same, but it's a little shorter across the center.

My 6 lug 14bolt SF had a 3R yoke IIRC
My 14FF came with a 1350 yoke.

I recent switched from a SF to a FF in my 1990 burb. The ff came from a 1991 burb. Both are 1350.

When I swapped my 10 bolt for the 14bsf I swapped the yokes and retained the stock u-joint till I up'd to the 14bff.

I found out that my ff had a 1410 yoke on it, but my sf did have a 1350. I just going to run the sf until I get the money to do my driveshafts, the once I hang the t-case I'll have all of the d-shafts done at once.
