I am in the middle of rebuilding the transfer case out of my 95 Tahoe and I don't have any torque spec's for any of the bolts. Can anyone please help me out in that area? Its been completely torn apart so I'll need the torques for all the bolts.

Oh and if you have any pointers that I should keep in mind I would appreciate it.

Thanks
JC

Use some fine emery cloth on the journals the seals sit in and backing the seals up with a super thin layer of RTV never hurts. Draining, pulling and tearing it down again because it seeps just a little does though.

Put a bit of RTV on all the case, speedo housing and tail cone bolts as well when you install them.

I didn't have any torque specs when I pulled mine and put in the SYE either, I just torqued all the case bolts snug(its Al, you don't want to strip the threads) and the yoke nuts to about 100ft/lbs.
