Doug Nash underdrive ???

Can anybody tell me anything about a Doug Nash underdrive? Is it anygood, who makes it, how do you wire it , ect. Appreciate any info someone has to offer on this. It says DNE2 on the case.:confused:

My dad has an overdrive, I don't think the parts are eassy to come by anymore. They got sold to some other company or something like that.
